PokeBeach is so true!

Hi guys, I went onto PokeBeach today to see if I could give you some info about Boundaries Crossed and found out that someone made/found (I can't tell if it's fake or not :/) and it's basically a complaint to the TPCi about taking out some awaited cards from Boundaries Crossed and possibly moving them to the next 'Plasma Set'. This is a 'Switch' card from BOX.

New Logo: November 2012!!

It's time for a new logo guys, November's theme is called Boundaries Crossed! Due to the release of Boundaries Crossed! Here it it, November's Logo!

Card Examination: Boundaries Crossed's...Scolipede!

Okay, sorry for the lack of news lately, I have been revising and taking exams for the past week, so anyway, back on the subject, the ever brilliant PokeBeach website (Thank you for the scan!) has brought us a card with much potential from the Boundaries Crossed Set coming out in the next two weeks, Scolipede in my opinion, is a great card, it's Ability: Poison Point, perfectly coincides with it's attack: Venoshock, which powers up once Poisoned, it will then wield a massive damage count of 120, K-Oing many Pokemon, of course, it is a Stage Two after all, so it will take a while to evolve it, luckily it's pre-evolved forms, Whirlipede and Venipede, have the Ability too, so no matter when you have a '-pede' out then you will be able to Poison the opponents. Quite a good evolution group...COME BACK SOON!

Card Examination: Next Destinies'... Darmanitan Zen Mode!

Darmanitan NXD (60/99)
Okay so, this week's Pokemon Card is Darmanitan, this is a good card in some ways as it can be a good combo with Gardevoir from the same set, Psychic Mirage will raise DarMAXitan to the MAX! With only 2 Psychic Energies on Darmanitan, and Gardevoir's Ability active, 200 Damage is a maximum, especially with the Victini which flips Coins, in case you fail! In Fact I reccomend this card personally for any Psychic DECK! The more energy, the more reliable Darmanitan is! I mean, with 2 Energies, you flip 4 times! and 4 energies just equals to 8 Flips and it goes on and on!
Come back soon for Next Week's Examination!

Japanese Promos: Landorus and Plasma Badge

A couple of days ago, two new Pokemon TCG Promo Cards for Japan were released, featuring Landorus as a Team Plasma Pokemon and the Plasma Badge.
Translations here -
Landorus - Fighting - HP110 - Basic Pokemon (Team Plasma)
Fighting/Colorless = Extrasensory: 20+ damage. If you and your opponent have the same number of cards in your hands, this attack does 30 more damage.
2 Fighting/2 Colorless =  Rock Tomb: 90 damage. During your opponent's next turn, the Defending Pokemon can't retreat.
Weakness = Water (x2) Resistance: Lightning = -20) Retreat = 2

The Plasma Badge turns any Pokemon into a Plasma Pokemon, it's a Pokemon Tool.

Kyurem VS The Sword of Justice Air Dates!

Okay guys, so the fifteenth Pokemon Movie will air here in the UK as well as in the USA in December this year, a lot like last years movies (those were some good movies :) so there is a sypnosis of the Movie on Serebii.net, a very reliable source and really detailed if you want any spoilers!
Come again!

Card Examination Special: The Swords of Justice!

Okay so today is my first special, the Swords of Justice Cobalion, Terrakion, Virizion and Keldeo, this features Cobalion (Noble Victories), Terrakion (Noble Victories), Virizion (Noble Victories) and Keldeo EX (Boundaries Crossed), so let's get this done, Terrakion, his Retaliate attack takes a 1-Hit-KO on the all mighty Zekrom EX after losing a Pokemon, this is the exact same as Land Crush, only it costs more, although, in a matter of two turns, causing a possible 360 damage is definately something to see! Cobalion, Energy Press is a lot like Mewtwo EX as it takes the power of high energy usage on the opposing Pokemon, Cobalion could counter Mewtwo as well with it's Psychic resistance, Iron Breaker is much like Beartic's (Emerging Powers) Icicle Crash and Sheer Cold Combination, stopping the opponent from attacking. Virizion is a collector, a card which draws cards, Double Draw is a good combination with Cheren and Empoleon that could bring you to a total of 7 new cards, dangerous for 'decking' yourself out but still a sound strategy with possible Super Rods to rejuvinate your deck, Leaf Wallop is not all that, with a minor 40 to 80 damage, it's only really good on the second turn with a PlusPower card. Keldeo EX is a brand new Pokemon EX card revealed in the November, Boundaries Crossed set, it's Ability: Rush In, allows swift movement in Battle, this would be good when let's say, Charizard or Blastoise ia on the Active spot with less than 30HP remaining, Keldeo would swiflty come in whilst Charizard/Blastoise is healing with a possible Pokemon Centre on the field, Secret Sword is a Hydro Pump (as seen on Blastoise) in the way that more Water Energy = more Power, I'd wait a while before placing out Keldeo EX so Rush In and Secret Sword are both effectivve in a combination, I'd take this advice if you are planning on going to the Boundaries Crossed Pre-releases.
Come again soon and I hope you like the new layout of the site!
